Congratulations to Summer Barnes in Year 7 who won the top prize in the Ashington Christmas Light Competition with her picture of a reindeer wearing a Christmas hat.
Summer’s winning design is now a festive light which will be proudly displayed in Ashington’s main shopping street.
On top of winning the competition, Summer has also been invited to be part of the light switch-on tomorrow. Well done!
