After studying physics at university, he began teaching in secondary schools. Then he managed a large science department before moving into senior leadership. He has worked at a senior level for over 25 years, leading and managing change. He has experience in school improvement, curriculum design and development, financial management, HR, project management and governance.
Ernie is keen to use this experience to play a part in helping the school continue to develop, improve and achieve its vision.
