Congratulations to our Year 11 student, Harry Watson, who was recently nominated for an award at the Surfers Against Sewage Plastic Free Awards.
Harry was invited to Bristol for the awards after being recognised for his efforts in helping to reduce plastic pollution in the oceans. He had a great time listening to guest speakers and meeting other people fighting plastic pollution.
Harry was also lucky enough to be invited to the headquarters of PADI, the world’s leading scuba diver training organization, where he was able to see what PADI are doing towards marine conservation and learn about careers within the diving industry.
