Last week, a group of Year 8 girls completed a workshop with School Safeguarding Liason Officer, Lynne Fraser.
The workshop was part of Operation Encompass: The Next Steps, a project approved by Home Office and led by Northumbria Police in partnership with Bernardo's.
The session focused on healthy relationships, friendships, emotions, empathy and rules and expectations to teach the students how to live and work together safely. The session was filled with activities based around the topics which the girls thoroughly enjoyed!
