Students have been focusing on metals in their practical work this term after exploring their properties in depth. The fun began with hot forging in our workshop before visiting the Glamourous Owl in Newcastle to create rings and pendants using smaller tools - they've done a brilliant job! We think some parents might be getting homemade jewellery for Christmas this year - lucky them!
