After launching our new eco campaign at the beginning of term, we recently crowned the first winners of our What Would David Do? competition. Congratulations to our winners Regan, Ruby and Levi! Here's what our Eco Champions have been up to...
Year 7 Reagan has been a member of our Eco Club since joining the school last September, and is smashing it! Regan has taken part in a lot of the club's projects including their frequent litter picks and eco brick sculpture 'Tullulah' the turtle.
Year 7 Ruby is also a member of our Eco Club, collecting and recycling litter and taking part in all the eco crafts.
Year 8 Levi is a keen gardener with his own allotment growing all sorts of fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, cauliflower and raspberries! Levi decked out his allotment space with water butts, compost bins and even used reclaimed materials, like a bookshelf, to make planters!
