We offer a wide range of excellent enrichment activities here at Ashington Academy, one of our favourites being eco-school club!
Our eco-school club takes place every Thursday lunchtime and allows students to give back to the community and planet. Members of the club have their own roles to help keep plans running smoothly.
So far, the group has created a litter picking rota and they hope to get involved with a recycling bin scheme called Terracycle soon. We are so proud of the members and look forward to seeing more of their big plans.
