Putting the Strictly Come Dancing final on Saturday night to shame, dancing talent and style came to Ashington Academy last week in our very own Strictly Come Ashington competition! Students were delighted by the diverse performances of six of our very brave and skilled staff, and the Grinch even made an appearance! We enjoyed salsa, interpretative dance and a cheer routine!
Our students' applause brought the house down for all of our competitors and a huge well done to the winners, Mrs Watkins and Mr Ditchburn, supported by the Grinch (aka Mr Graham!) It was 'FAB-U-LOUS DARLING'!
